For nearly a decade, I have helped organizations identify their needs, bolster infrastructure, and improve the experience of their staff and supporters through their technology systems. I know how tedious data systems can be for nonprofits - I've been the development associate keying-in every single donation, the program managers struggling to understand how many people are attending their programs, the comms specialist spending weeks putting together a list of newsletter recipients - these experiences are actually how I started working nonprofit tech! After years of building solutions to make things like gift entry, program attendance, and list segmentation easier for nonprofits with varying needs, I'm confident I can transform your tech experience from "ugh, not this again" to "oh wow, that was fast!"

I firmly believe that building technology means nothing if no one understands how to use it. I develop custom training programs and documentation to empower all users - from executives to interns - to take full advantage of tech systems. This approach makes their lives easier and allows people to feel invested in the success of their database. ​

Through Admin Coaching, your administrators will learn technical skills, of course, but more importantly, I train admins on strategy - both in stakeholder management and software design.
